The work will affect the West side of Jesolo, near Piazza Nember, close to the new Tourist Port of Jesolo, the golf course and the water park Aqualandia.


The building transformation project involves the demolition of the Hotel Garden and the construction of a new residential tower building with its ground floor dedicated to services and 9 residential floors with 36 apartments (2 two-room apartments, 30 three-room apartments and 4 attics).
An underground car park will be built with 36 parking spaces.

Public Initiative Recovery Plan called "Piazza Nember" in the City of Jesolo. Implementation Urban Instrument approved by the City Council of Jesolo no. 149 of 04/06/2015.

The new building complex will also include the Hotel Nember, shops, bars and restaurants, all overlooking the pedestrian avenue and the renovated Piazza Nember which will be affected by a radical renovation project.

The owners of the apartments will be able to make use of the services of the hotel, restaurant and swimming pool with terrace bar and sun terrace, beach service with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Nember Sea Houses will be a CLASS A building with ZERO EMISSIONS.

ZERO EMISSIONS:: the residences will not use any gas combustion sources, also to ensure high fire prevention safety standards, but exclusively latest generation heat pumps/inverters for the thermal hydraulic system and electrical induction hobs in the kitchens.

CLASS A: fotovoltaic panels and LED lighting, thermal and acoustic insulation in the building, high performance doors and windows with electric blinds, reduced consumptions and less water waste. Sun blinds specifically designed for the terraces can be installed to protect against the intense summer heat.

ACCESSIBILITY: the two lifts, the communal areas and the accesses to the individual suitably sized units will make the property accessible to disabled people; some residences, on request, can be suitably adapted and equipped.

POSITION: less than 50 metres from the sea, the panoramic sea view gives the future residences an exclusive and very prestigious position, which is now very rare for new buildings in Jesolo.
The unusual layout of the apartments will provide a double view of the sea and Venice lagoon with respect for the privacy of the individual units, thanks to the orientation of the terraces and the vertical sections; grilles with green creepers will make the spacious terraces more pleasant.
